Seeking Litigation Attorney (Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist) with 3+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters. Candidate must have: JD Degree from an accredited Law School. Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus. Experience with drafting coverage opinions and/or experience with auto insurance-related bad faith cases a plus. Experience should include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations/trials.
