Case Manager - Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Opening new client files; Insurance Company Correspondence; New client Intake; Requesting medical records, medical bills and liens; Preparing demand packages; Filing, copying, and faxing; Data entry; Assistance with Answering phones as needed and distributing faxes and emails and responding to correspondence as needed; General assistance to attorneys. Personal Injury experience required. Must be presentable and have professional phone skills. Proficient in WordPerfect and MS Outlook required. Must be Fluent in English - Spanish or Portuguese a plus. COMPLETE case management from beginning to end required.
