Labor & Employment Associate Attorney The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of employment litigation experience for its Philadelphia office. Experience in Professional Liability is a plus. Should have JD from an ABA accredited Law School with strong academic credentials and on Law Review or Moot Court; Admission to practice law in PA and NJ is required. Must have minimum of 2 years of employment litigation experience including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour and employment contract cases. Should have familiarity with federal and state employment statutes. Must have experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
