Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations required. Experience with taking and defending depositions required. Drafting discovery and contractual agreements required. Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel required. Trial experience is desired. Juris Doctorate required. California Bar membership required. Civil litigation and insurance defense experience required.
