Senior Paralegal The candidate will join immigration law firm. Experience must include strategizing the O-1 petition; ability to communicate to the beneficiary who appropriate testimonial letter signatories might be for the particular case; identifying strengths of the case under each of the regulatory criteria; dividing the evidence provided by the beneficiary by the categories of the regulatory criteria; reviewing evidence provided and identifying potential additional evidence that the beneficiary may not have thought of but may have based on the initial evidence the beneficiary provided; drafting all testimonial letters in support of the beneficiarys petition; drafting the main submission/argument letter and drafting all forms, and exhibit lists and putting the whole case together including tabbing exhibits. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must know how to work an O-1 or EB1 from initial consult, through full preparation of the petition until filing and answering any post-filing questions. Must have impeccable english grammar and written skills.
