Paralegal - Medical Malpractice The candidate will serve in the preparation for trial, research and document management. Must have 5+ years of experience in medical malpractice/nursing home, personal injury. Previous trial experience is essential. Knowledge of Florida state court rules needed. Concordance and/or Summation is desired. Must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
