Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with injury matters. Will be interviewing and screening potential new injury clients. Setting up and maintaining client files. Requesting and obtaining medical records/bills. Sending packages containing medical records and bills to insurance companies. Working with insurance adjusters to organize new injury claims. Communicating with clients and providing status updates to clients. Coordinating with clients health insurance to properly document possible liens or reimbursement obligations. Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
