Patent Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years, and preferably 3 - 6 years, of experience as an attorney with the preparation and prosecution of biotech-related patent applications as well as patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, validity search and analyses, and opinion work. An advanced degree or equivalent experience in biochemistry, immunology, cell/molecular biology, biotechnology, and/or life sciences is required. Ph.D. candidates are strongly preferred. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and must be admitted to a State Bar.
