Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Draft Disclosure Statements. Draft Discovery Documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Communicate with clients regularly with updates. Communicate with opposing counsel and other case related parties. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Calendar all time sensitive deadlines. Should have 1-3 years of Previous experience as a Personal Injury paralegal. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.
