General Liability Practice Associate Attorney The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to trial, communicate with clients and provide timely reporting, appear at depositions and various court appearances, and work closely with other attorneys and partners on matters going to trial. Must have credentials from an ABA-approved law school, be actively licensed by the California State Bar, and have excellent writing skills; the ability to handle cases independently and experience working for insurance companies and meet our firm's diversity criteria with 3 years of relevant experience handling civil litigation matters and specifically the defense of motor vehicle cases to join its dynamic and expanding office.
