Legal Secretary - Insurance Defense Litigation The candidate responsibilities include document preparation; scheduling depositions; court filings; organization and maintenance of discovery files; trial preparation, expense reports; travel arrangements; time entry; billing edits; and other traditional support functions. Support multiple lawyers handling Civil matters in DC, MD and VA jurisdictions. Prior experience in a Civil Litigation law firm is a plus. A Working knowledge of Court filing procedures in local jurisdictions is required.
