Litigation Associate Attorney - Entry to Mid-level The candidate should be a team player with strong writing skills willing to take ownership of a client 's case, including having direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling pretrial hearings and trials. Should have strong skills in the following areas: research, writing, and technology. And you need to be able to take a hard hit without crying. Skills and experience are appreciated and valued, and certainly considered, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are just as important. Should have litigation experience - and attorneys who are hungry to learn and who wants to hustle to get trial experience.
