Litigation Paralegal The candidate's hould be a part time litigation paralegal to begin a 20-hour per week's chedule ASAP. Will assist with civil litigation, primarily in representing plaintiffs in tort claims.'s hould have 2 years experience in civil case management, tort litigation and pre-litigation procedure, written and verbal communications, client interactions and relationship-building, and deadline management. Efficiency, productivity, and precision are all crucial. The firm operates primarily with electronic files,'s o the applicant must be comfortable with's tandard uses of MS Word, PDF manipulation, accessing electronically's tored files and data, etc. Experience with legal research and drafting and e-filing motions is a plus.
