Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of corporate regulatory and/or transactional experience, including: corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. Should have Bachelor s degree and Juris Doctor. Admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly). Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills. Should preferably have experience representing healthcare providers. Should preferably have expertise with antitrust, fraud and abuse, insurance, managed care, or other distinct transactional experience. Should preferably have corporate compliance and governance, healthcare regulatory experience. Should preferably be familiar with accounting and finance.
