Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 7+ years of litigation experience in State and Federal court. The successful candidate will provide litigation support to a busy practice including drafting pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence and producing documents in response to all aspects of discovery. Must have experience with Federal and State court with in-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures and experience with litigation support software. Candidates must be highly motivated, extremely detail oriented and work well independently, as well as, collaboratively. Should have college and/or a paralegal education from an accredited school or equivalent.
