Immigration Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Preparation and filing of a wide variety of non-immigrant, and immigrant employment petitions, family petitions, visa applications, PERM labor certification applications, applications for adjustment of status, and applications for U.S. citizenship. Must have 5+ years of business immigration experience preparing and handling a variety of employment based non-immigrant petitions and immigrant petitions, PERM labor certifications, visa applications and applications for adjustment of status. Should possess strong writing skills, must have experience with an immigration based forms and document management system, have excellent case management and organizational skills and be able to work independently.
