Immigration Attorney (NIV) The candidate will provide sound legal advice and strategy to clients primarily on H-1B matters with a 10% focus on other NIV cases. Will work closely with the firm s partners and will assist and mentor other associate attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff in preparing and reviewing numerous petitions and RFE responses. This position will be responsible for handling a caseload of approximately 60 matters on a monthly basis. This person will also speak with and correspond with clients on a daily basis to provide strategic advice and guidance. The position requires a deep understanding of the employment-based immigration process, as well as extensive experience preparing, filing and responding to RFE s on H-1B cases. The candidate should have current license to practice law in the United States. Must have 5 years of business immigration experience. Should have 3 years of recent experience working on I-129 petitions and RFE responses. Should have uccessfully analyzed, prepared and filed at least 500 H-1B Applications in the past 3 years, and has experience analyzing and responding to I-129 RFE matters.
