Temporary Junior Associate Attorney (Transactional / Regulatory) The candidate will be responsible for significant work on information technology and health care regulatory matters, including, drafting and negotiating software purchase and development agreements, working with clients to develop privacy and security policies, and advising clients on the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, and related health care regulations. Must have 1+ year of transactional experience. Should have experience with drafting a variety of agreements. Experience with assessing regulations is needed. Demonstrated understanding of contract drafting fundamentals is required. Prior law firm experience and strong academic background are a must. Florida Bar license (or to be admitted within a year of being hired) is essential.
