Seeking Associate Attorney with 3+ years' experience in the following practice areas: mergers, acquisitions and general business including corporate and business governance, formation of business entities and general business transactions; complex real estate acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and development transactions; and estate taxation, administration and planning. Candidate with An LL.M. degree in taxation is recommended. Experience in New Jersey and New York corporate and business tax matters including transactional matters is also desired. Familiarity with intellectual property rights, employee relations and/or multi-state transactions a plus.
