Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will assist with the research and preparation of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met. Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases. Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process. The candidate should have Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Paralegal Certification and prior experience in an office setting preferred. Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience a plus. Ability to navigate and multi-task through multiple systems. Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
