Associate Attorney Atlanta The candidate will communicate effectively and professionally with clients, co-workers, and outside counsel. Maintain professional appearance and attitude. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Should be a Georgia licensed Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of legal experience, particularly in the areas of complex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters. Must be an experienced, self-motivated individual who can communicate effortlessly with clients, counsel, and courts. A dual license with Florida and Georgia is a plus. Experience in civil and complex litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of construction defects, products liability, insurance coverage, and/or general liability is a plus. Experience working with Federal, State, and County jurisdictions is required. Knowledge of courts, IManage, Outlook, Serengeti Tracker, Time Matters are needed. Must have the ability to work independently and multitask while demonstrating strong attention to detail. Retain confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship. Strong communication and time management skills are essential. Must be dependable.
