Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of intellectual property administration. Responsibilities include research and compiling information pertaining to intellectual property rights, particularly trademark, patent and copyright. Ability to work under pressure and extreme attention to detail is needed. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and paralegal certification from an ABA approved program are required.
