Litigation Family Law Attorney Duties: Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end. Managing case file/load with teamwork review if needed. Partake in Key Performance Indicators with quarterly bonuses of $1000 to each team member and additional bonuses that can track client's satisfaction. Management client satisfaction through the firm's google review program called. Suggest recommendations to the managing partner to improve our firm's organization, case flow, and management system. Requirements: JD Degree from an accredited university. Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana. 1-3 years of litigation experience. First chair experience. Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
