No Fault Insurance Defense Paralegal DUTIES: Assist in Drafting Motions, Affidavits and Affirmations. Compiling & Drafting Discovery responses. Coordinating Witnesses Organizing Documentary Evidence. Prepare Claim & Legal Files for No Fault Arbitration Hearing. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years' experience. Knowledge of Time Matters a plus. Comprehensive computer skills and technology. Attention to detail and organizations skills a must. Cheerful personality, mature disposition and motivated work ethic. Excellent client service and listening skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the firm. Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently and coordinate workflow.
