Attorney - Collection Litigation Associate The candidate will be responsible for work that involves: breach of contract, fraud, theft of services on behalf of public authorities. Duties include handling a file from beginning to end, working with paralegals and collection assistants on matters. Drafting pleadings, motion, judgments and judgment enforcement. Negotiating settlements. Must have 1 year experience in collection litigation. NYS Bar is required.
