Litigation Attorney The candidate must possess a broad range of legal and communication skills. Must be able to maintain an active and heavy caseload of files in the areas of borrower-lender relations, foreclosure law, real estate law, landlord tenant, banking law, fair debt, and truth in lending, consumer protection, and numerous related fields. Able to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires daily contact with clients, staff, and other departments within the firm. Frequent court appearances are necessary and a desire to be a Trial Lawyer is essential. Must have a working knowledge of civil procedure and motion practice. Will be extremely detail oriented, will be able to multi-task effectively, and will have an active desire to learn and grow in a very active position. Should have Juris Doctorate, Admission to Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Advanced knowledge of applicable legal procedure. Admission to New Hampshire Bar admission a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite helpful. 3+ years experience with civil litigation.
