Probate Paralegal Candidate will work in close collaboration with an experienced probate attorney in both litigated and administrative matters. Should possess 3 years' years of probate litigation experience. Must know, understand, and be able to practically apply the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and/or the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure in litigation. Must be capable of taking initiative and working independently with direct responsibility for the management of their own caseload. Applicants must be pleasant and able to interact and communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, and court staff. The ability of the applicant to prioritize, manage, and record his/her time and to accurately docket both court filings and hearings is essential. Will have high level college graduate writing skills and should be familiar with the drafting and filing of notices, orders, subpoenas, and other legal documents. Should be comfortable, experienced, and competent in the organization and management of documents and discovery. Must be a proven track record who wants to apply experience in an established, growth-oriented law firm.
