Senior Patent Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience working in a law firm or legal department of a corporation handling U.S. patent matters and portfolio management. Bachelor s Degree in any subject with strong academic credentials. In-depth knowledge of patent prosecution rules and procedures (ability to navigate the USC, CFR, and MPEP) is essential. Should have extensive experience with various applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing, typing and editing skills.
