Litigation Paralegal The candidate work for busy litigation desk. Must have 3 years experience in same or similar capacity. Must be skilled and experienced in medical malpractice litigation defense practice. Should be poised and professional and must be capable of working independently and managing a full docket of assigned files. Must be familiar and experienced in ordering medical and other records by subpoena and reviewing and summarizing all records. This desk will perform other general paralegal work including heavy trial preparation. Paralegal certificate preferred.
