Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience, experience with large litigation cases and have proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State). Should have experience with billing and ABA task codes. Ability to work closely with our attorneys. Proficiency with MS Office. Experience in personal injury, premise liability, and professional liability is a plus. Should have experience with a litigation document management system. Preferably should have Bachelors degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, Experience working with ProLaw Experience and working with insurance companies.
