Seeking an Attorney (Workers' Compensation) who 2+ years of experience in all aspects of workers compensation. Candidates with Current California State Bar License/Membership in good standing is required. Deposition experience preferred (Applicant and Doctor). Some Trial experience preferred. Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and detail-oriented. Must have excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills. Must have skills in: Legal research, Deadline driven, Attention to detail, Hard-working, Excellent rapport with clients.
