Associate Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency. Will evaluate potential new client case facts. Provide property damage guidance. Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment. Negotiate settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement. Perform administrative and management functions related to personal injury law. The candidate should have 1+ year of previous plaintiff personal injury experience. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be Arizona Licensed Attorney. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
