Biotechnology Patent Attorney The candidate will assist attorneys in preparation and prosecution of biotechnology-related patent applications. Will perform various tasks related to patent prosecution including: all aspects of preparing and prosecuting patent applications; and arranging for patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, and validity searches. Advanced degree (Ph.D.) is optional. Preferred areas of study/work experience include genetics, immunology, cell biology, proteomics, virology, bacteriology, and molecular biology. 3+ years of experience after PTO registration required.
