Duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. Must already be licensed to practice in Florida, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Active license to practice law in the State of Florida. 2+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance claims and litigation. Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
