Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of business immigration experience handling a full range of US immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as EB-1, EB-2, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, PERM process, and audits by Department of Labor. Should also have family-based Immigration law experience including family petitions, VAWA, asylum, consular process, waivers practice and strong removal defense. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred. Should preferably have Bar admission in the state of Florida with exposure to family law practice.
