Junior Litigation Paralegal The Candidate will assist attorneys with preparing and cite-checking legal documents to include pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery. Will manage case files through e-Rooms and document management system. E-filing large documents in federal and state court. Assist attorneys with discovery phase to include discovery requests, issuing subpoenas, and coordinating/preparing for depositions. Assist attorneys and outside document vendors with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity and Concordance. Prepare for and attend trial. Should have Bachelors Degree Experience of preparing for and attending trial is preferred.
