Associate Attorney Candidate will work litigation team. Will handle all aspects of the litigation process including status calls, prove-ups, trials, arbitrations, written discovery, depositions, motion practice as well as post-judgment hearings including garnishment and citations. Qualifications: Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from accredited US law school. Admission to and in good standing with the state Bar of Illinois. Must have an Illinois license with 1-3 years subrogation, collections, post-judgment and/or litigation experience. Must have a strong interest in trial work and litigation. Friendly, determined, and energetic professional. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work independently. Superior analytical and drafting skills ability to spot and solve problems by troubleshooting and identifying solutions and alternatives.
