Junior Transactional Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in residential real estate transactions. Must have experience in transactional real estate including residential sale and purchase transactions for all property types including cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses from inception through closing. Must have experience with due diligence review, contract drafting, markup and review, client relations, broker relations, title review and clearance, payoffs, CEMAS, UCC Searches, closings/scheduling, and closing statements. Should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task while providing a sophisticated level of service. Must have superior written and verbal skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments contemporaneously. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, fluency in at least one foreign language is preferred. Admission to the New York State Bar is preferred.
