Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of qualified litigation experience. Should have experience handling matters from inception to trial (trial experience is a plus). The firm deals with matters involving commercial litigation in both State and Federal Court and employment litigation matters primarily within various agencies and Federal Court. Should preferably have experience in litigating within Federal Court and admissions within SDNY/EDNY are a plus. Prior experience with taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, motion practice, preparation of pleadings, and client contact are essential.
