Staff Attorney, Intellectual Property The candidate is responsible to provide high-quality, efficient review for M&A transactions for IP-Technology Transactions group. Reviewing a wide variety of agreements for M&A and financing transactions. Researching 10-K and other publicly available materials. Preparing written summaries, disclosure schedules, and creating and updating document databases. Communicating key results to team and project leaders. Organizing and tracking due diligence materials, information, requests and responses. Must be admitted to practice and active and in good standing in California. Should have 1-2 years of big law firm licensing/commercial contracts and M&A experience. Must be highly computer literate (with experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Hummingbird or other document management software). Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are needed.
