Associate Attorney The candidate must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Should preferably have 1-3 years of litigation experience. Should preferably be comfortable with significant client interaction including attending events related to the industries in which we practice, eventually including volunteer leadership positions in industry related organizations. Must be presently licensed in North Carolina. Licensed in South Carolina would be a plus, but not required. Federal court admission is a plus. Travel throughout NC and SC including occasional overnight travel is required.
