Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be Taking and defending depositions. Personal experience managing a large litigation docket, while ensuring all deadlines are met in all cases. Briefing responses and motions. Responding and objecting to written discovery and pleadings. Oral argument experience at hearings. Should have JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas. 1-3 years of defense litigation experience is preferred. Top 25% graduating class rank is desired. Must have solid legal research and comprehensive writing experience. Should have personal experience in case development, including the investigation of facts, interviewing of clients and witnesses, and the development of defense strategy. Experience in maintaining a record of billable hours is required.
