Associate Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will draft pleadings, draft and review discovery related to personal injury. Make court appearances as necessary. Prepare all pre-trial documents - willing to teach. Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation, and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case. Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial. Negotiate claims. Must have 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law as an attorney. Must be able to take and defend depositions - know the rules of evidence.
