Family Law Attorney The candidate must be a member of the Illinois Bar and must have a minimum of two(2) years Family Law experience. Must have experience in courtroom litigation within the practice area of Family Law. Bilingual Fluency (Spanish / English) is preferred for this position. Must have experience practicing in a high volume legal practice and/or managing large caseloads. Some experience with Criminal Law is a plus. Familiarity and a willingness to work between Cook as well as Kane/DuPage/Will/Kendall Counties. Strong command of the English Language. Excellent writing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with a heavy caseload. Stable work Experience with verifiable references.
