Attorney at Law - Personal Injury The candidate will be appearing for No-Fault cases, various court appearances for Personal Injury matters including to EBTs, PC, CC, motion appearances, etc. Prepare pleadings, discovery and motions (if needed). Should have knowledge of personal injury litigation and/or No-Fault collections process. Should have excellent research and writing skills; and have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and ensure that deadlines are met. Member in good standing with the Nevada Bar is essential. Should have 2+ years of experience.
