Commercial Litigation and Employment Attorney The candidate should have significant responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation. Types of matters will include contract disputes, employment matters, breach of fiduciary duty cases and general litigation matters. Attorney will be responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery, court appearances, taking and defending depositions and trial work. Excellent organization and writing skills are needed. Must have a minimum of three years of litigation experience. Must be admitted in PA and NJ.
