Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will interact with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside vendors to schedule interviews, meetings, mediations, and depositions. Should have drafting experience with discovery, motions, and correspondence. Plaintiff's Personal Injury practice experience is a plus. Experience billing for work tasks (Experience with Needles is a plus). Knowledge of case progression in litigation is required. Must be proficient in e-Filing with all courts. Must be detail-oriented and able to handle a busy docket. Bilingual is a plus.
