Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 10 years of experience to provide support to CA litigation practice. Paralegals will be expected to assist lawyers during the entire litigation process. Subject to the supervision of the lawyer responsible for the matter, Paralegals may assist in such tasks as: correspondence and discovery, retrieval, review, production of documents, hearings and trials, administrative proceedings, briefs, and settlements. Will have a Bachelor s degree, trial experience, and exceptional communication and organization skills. Must be available for overtime and travel as needed. Paralegal certificate is preferred.
