Paralegal - Litigation The candidate must have 5+ years experience to support multiple attorneys in a Civil Litigation Defense practice. Experience with Insurance Defense and Medical Malpractice paralegal support is preferred. Responsibilities include: subpoenas, authorizations, scheduling of IME s and depositions, medical records chronologies, expert research, management of discovery in civil cases, trial preparation and other tasks as required. Must demonstrate creative thinking, strong research skills, superior verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with internet-based resources such as LexisNexis. Microsoft Office proficiency is essential and familiarity with legal processes in PA and NJ is required.
