Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will manage the defense of professional liability claims including medical and legal malpractice, commercial litigation as well as general litigation matters. Will regularly handle court appearances and depositions as well as direct client communications. Work closely with Partners, other attorneys, and team members. Gain exposure to a variety of practice areas on behalf of both national and local clients. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in Maryland is required. Admission in Virginia or Washington DC is a plus. Must have 3+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or catastrophic bodily injury is preferred.
